I don't just change my shoes, I change my mindset.

My real superpower is that I believe nothing is impossible as long as I have the right tool for the job - the right shoes to get me in the right mindset.

Hello, my name is Maxine, my friends call me Max. I like things to be beautifully practical, so I keep the name short and sweet.

You are already perfectly you, but if you are here then you want something more. I am here to align you with your calling. You see, my purpose is to sprinkle my magic.  I know that sounds silly, but that's the point; we take ourselves too seriously because we have stopped believing in magic.

My brain is split right down the middle, left analytical and right creative.   I believe the balance is somewhere in between where we can find the sweet spot of grace. When we are in a place of need, we are still healing and we need to give ourselves the patience to receive so that we can recover and level up and go from a place of need to be in a place of give.

The reason the Tough Love Dept works is that we provide the accountability to give you the confidence and support to level up.

I can do this for others because I am connected to my purpose.

The wonderful formula that makes me who I am is expressed in the combination of the core values that drive me: Woo Positivity Adaptability Self Assurance Relator.

I can't help it, I am who I am, I am the spark that ignites the hope we have lost.

To maintain that feeling, we do so in gratitude by serving our purpose. When we are finally in a place of purpose rather in a palace of need we can go from a  place of need to a place of give.

It is time to reignite that spark of purpose. That's what I am here to do for you, to light your soul on fire because we are not here to live, we are here to thrive. Let me start by taking away the fear because

• Tough Love is putting action to your goals

You are not rich until you have something money can't buy and that is a sense of Purpose. Here we do the tough work together to get to YOUR Why!

To find that sweet spot of grace for you.

It might get a little uncomfortable but as you've heard, growth happens outside of your comfort zone. I am not the hand holder, I am the steel toe Tough Love Department, and I will be by you to give you the tools to reframe your mindset and get you to where you want to go.

Tough Love, because really the only validation we are looking for is self acceptance and that only comes by knowing our own strengths. Why do I feel confident in our method? Because I am not giving you my formula I am facilitating cultivating your own recipe.  

I cannot give you my recipe, you are not me, You are magically You. I am only here to unlock your formula that makes you grow. I cannot guarantee your results, you have to do that work yourself . But I can promise to reignite the courage in you to try and then what you do with your magic is up to you.

I can only guide you to your strengths so you can be in a place of give because if you are here then that means you are needed and the world is a better place with you in your strengths. What I have accomplished is discovering myself, my strengths, and breaking through my own limiting beliefs.  

I am not fearless, I just have faith that it can be done because others have laid the path before me, only now I can step through with grace. Are you ready to walk with me?
